When our unit went last year, you wonder who do you call. Arctic Air Conditioning came right out, needless to say we needed two new units. Even though we had two units to replace, the men made us feel better about our new units. Savings is the most significant factor in our overall efficiency.Winter has been very harsh to us all. Having snow, freezing temperatures and the price of electricity, the units are not prepared for this. As soon as we noticed one of our units had frozen up on us , had no choice but to call Arctic Air Conditioning. Told they would be right over and they did. Explained in detail what had happened and thankfully not to be concerned. Words can only say what a great company. Never had issues that they could not handle.
