Beware of this company! If I could give them less than one star I would. I made an appointment with them last week to get an air conditioning.Check up for the summer season. The appointment.Window was for today noon to 2pm. NoOne ever showed up! I called them and when you call you do not get a Is human being you get an ai assistant. I left a message with them.And I still had no return call explaining why I was completely ghosted. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I was planning on signing a service contract with them for the year, But needless to say they are fired! Now I have to start over with a new company and make a new appointment. We had a power issue after a lightning strike, and Arctic Air responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem efficiently and stayed in close communication while sourcing the replacement parts. Most of the repair was covered under warranty, which was a huge relief. I hope I don’t run into any more issues, but if I do, Arctic Air will absolutely be my first call. Highly recommend! Less

We had artic air come out and fix our air conditioner through our home warranty company and Tyler was very professional and friendly and even went out of his way to get the part we needed to fix our ac system.
